We want you to feel confident and empowered in your Klassy Network pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size, store credit with a bonus incentive, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original mailer or a box of your choice, ensuring the label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your request will be processed within 5-7 business days.
